Expanding Our Impact

Expanding Our Impact

With over 25 years of serving as the trusted health provider in the Latino Community, Tepeyac is growing again! Our new facility is co-located with 150 units of affordable housing and includes more than 5,000 square feet for fresh food providers.

Responding to rapid growth and changes in the Elyria-Swansea North Denver area, Tepeyac will be the health home for the medically underserved providing full spectrum high-quality care for the whole patient and the entire family.

This is a model for what the community health clinic of the future can be – a single location, close to public transportation, and with multiple services under one roof, including:

The Expansion of a Proven Model

With its vital healthcare services, Tepeyac transforms the lives of individuals it serves. Although the total valuation of Tepeyac’s current impact and future potential is immeasurable—with implications that ripple across family units, neighborhoods, the community at large and the entire state of Colorado—the numbers illustrating the result of increased space and services speak for themselves.

City of Denver Announces Ground Breaking - Oct. 2020

Community Residents Share Their Thoughts About Our New Clinic

The 48th & Race project is located in the Globeville and Elyria Swansea neighborhoods of North Denver, one of the most polluted zip codes in the USA, with residents experiencing uncertainty and rapid change in the face of the nearby Interstate 70 reconstruction and the build out of the National Western complex.

Residents of the GES Communities share their thoughts after hearing about the new Tepeyac Community Health Center and the additional services residents will have access to once is completed.

How You Can
Make An Impact

Your Gift Will Make a Lasting Community Impact

By addressing health disparities and improving health outcomes, Tepeyac is contributing to a healthier, more productive community.

In addition, our new project is inspiring other businesses to invest in our community by:

  • Creating an additional 25-50 permanent full-time jobs, one third of which will be available to lower income residents for entry level and clinical support staff.

  • Creating at least 6-8 additional jobs in providing fresh food and 100 construction-related jobs in the first phase of development

When you support us, you support a new vision that works for hardworking families on the frontlines of the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
